How have you received enough physical exercise while dealing with neuropathy?? Do you walk in spite of the condition; tiptoe to get around; particular exercise program, etc.?

That roadrunner totally freaked out the cats. I loved to watch him go into my flower beds and then he would freeze until an unsuspecting lizard moved nearby. Then he would pick up the lizard in his beak, toss it high in the air, and then open his beak and swallow it whole. There were a lot of coyotes that came by at night and one huge male came by our front door every morning. So I had the roadrunner and Wile E Coyote come by my house every day. I was living in cartoon land.

Love the Coyote! I've been watching for snakes here. I run the trails, the snakes hibernate for winter, in the spring, they have their babies and exit - hungry and grouchy. I asked a friend, an elderly farmer, what date the snakes would wake up - he said 'when we've had at least a week of temperatures in the 60's and above'. We've had that now. I'm from the southwest, we had rattlesnakes. Here they have copperheads. Peggy

Hi, @pfbacon, I live in the southwest and a fairly nearby regional town has an annual rattlesnake "roundup" with a huge snake bar-b-que as its finale. Need I say that that is one bar-b-que I Never plan to attend????? Best to you and all.

I have seen five cottonmouth moccasins in my neighborhood and one neighbor here took a picture of a coral snake on their patio.
