Neuropathy

This is just a little discovery I made, maybe it will be helpful to somebody. I'm 83, in constant severe back pain, have had 4 surgeries and need 2 more but can't have them because of deteriorated bones. Neuropathy in my feet is just another painful nuisance. So I noticed my ankles swelling even though I pretty much sit in a recliner with my legs elevated all day. I put on my support stockings (with open toes) and noticed after several hours that my feet barely hurt! It's been 2 days and still very minimal burning and tingling. I hope this works for others!

Walking barefoot helps a lot. I also wear Kemford compression ankle sleeves to keep the swelling down. Neuropathy nerve cream, Nervionix, several times a day helps a lot. My best…

QR,
I think I did try some blue Emu oil a good while back. I don’t remember that it did anything for me. I’ve tried a lot of things. My PN isn’t as bad as many other people’s. I saw an infomercial last night saying PN was caused by an inner ear issue. That’s about the tenth new discovery on the source of PN. Won’t be long before the “AI experts” tell us a nose hair problem.
My latest venture is taking benfotiamine. Probably $30 thrown away.
I’m at Hilton Hesd Island this week and need to go sit in a chair and dig my feet down in the wet sand for a while. That may help. Tsunamis could be a problem. Enjoy your day!

I started using the cuffs that fit on the calves that you charge up and they inflate and deflate as long as you are wearing them. They feel good and you can walk in them. After a while using them the edema in my feet left and has't come back. It also brought some feeling back to the fingers onmy left hand.

I have to say it’s so funny Because I literally do the same thing you were doing. I exercise for cardio due to a heart attack a year ago every other day, trying to eat right keep up on my vitamin B’s . I try to eat right and cook most meals. I am taking a superfood from dr. Schulze’s which covers all my b’s and helps with fatigue, I wish I could offer more but that’s all I have at the moment. Have an awesome day or night depending on your situation.

There is a condition called B6 toxicity which causes neuropathy. Please check with your doctor before loading up on b vitamins. Recent blood test show my B6 are double the normal limit, and I have been diagnosed with sensor motor polyneuropathy. I do not take any B vitamins. This is a puzzle. Hopefully a follow up visit with neurologist next month can shed some light on this.
