Neurogenic bladder & neuroregulation

A brain stem bleed due to congenital vascular lesion led to a “mixed” form of neurogenic bladder(not bowel). The Mayo urologist has recommended Axonics neuromodulation to reduce frequency of self-catheterization related UTI and bleeding(radiation cystitis post proton therapy for prostate cancer). I would appreciate learning from others who have had this device implanted.
