Negative FISH but one positive cell with abnormal signal.

(Sorry if this is a duplicate.) I am being evaluated as a result of long term (over 20 years) of microhenaturia. I got results of my FISH test today. I thought at first it was good news, since the cytology came back negative for malignancy. However, on further examination, I see this:
NEGATIVE *** FISH ASSAY However one positive cell with abnormal signal pattern for chromosomes 3,
6, 7 and 20 probes was observed, which is below the threshold of positive OligoFish result (minimum of 4 or more positive cells in
not less than 25 cells examined).

Has anyone else had this result? I'm scheduled for a cat scan and followup appointment with URO doc.
