Needing to find Long Term Places to Stay in February

Hi everyone!
I’ll be at Mayo Clinic (Downtown campus) in Rochester from February 1–15, 2026 for pelvic floor dysfunction rehab. I’ll have two pretty intense appointments each weekday, and I’ll be staying in Rochester over the weekends too.

Because therapy days will be long and tiring, I’m really hoping to find quiet, calm lodging where I can rest and reset between appointments (my nervous system will thank me 😅).

I’m looking for a place that:

has a kitchen or kitchenette

offers a shuttle to Downtown Mayo (or is very easy to get to/from Mayo)

is dog-friendly — my ESA pup will be with me

is just for me, ideally with a separate bedroom (1-bedroom suite or apartment-style)

I’m especially open to extended-stay or medical lodging options that work well for longer treatment stays.
If you’ve stayed somewhere that felt peaceful and worked well for treatment weeks, I’d love to hear what you recommend (or places to skip). Thank you so much 💛

We stayed at long term stay America and it wasn’t bad, no separate bedroom but pretty quiet and reasonable.
We stayed one night of our 3 month booking at guest house international, and checked out and would never go back.
We stayed the remainder of that stay at townplace suites and we were very, very happy. After that, anytime we went back to Rochester, we stayed there.
I don’t know if Mayo still runs shuttles but they used to have several per day mon.-fri, that took us to the clinic and back again.
