Necrotizing Granuloma what are the causes and what are the treatments

Years of symptoms. Years of Dr. visits. May 2025 things got weird with unusual symptoms. Many UTI's , plugged ear and ear infections that would not go away. Was told it was just something people get and it would go away in time. it was like living in a drum I could hear nothing properly. Begged to be sent somewhere ,didn't happen. Then my nose became very sore to touch. Still no help, till I started to cough up blood. Finally seen someone was told I had stage 4 lung cancer.(for 5 weeks) Finally had a biopsy and I have Necrotizing Granulomas in my lungs. Trying hard to find the cause to get the correct treatment. But my head, ear and nose are still bothering me and still no one listens. It is pointing towards Vasculitis.
