Nebulizer Cups for inhaling Tobramycin

Good Day All,
I have been using the Monaghan AeroEclipse XL Breath Actuated Nebulizer Cups with my Ombra nebulizer for 7% Saline. I have just started Tobramycin and have been using these cups as well for it.

I was suggested to switch to Pari LC Plus nebulizer cup. Not sure why.
Can I ask what Brand others are using or have used with Tobramycin please?

You are supposed to use the Pari LC Plus with Toby. It is what is recommended so I would just buy a set. When I was prescribed Toby years ago this is what I was told.
