Thanks

A few months ago I needed a new nebulizer, too. The Innospire I was using has been discontinued. Mayo Clinic recommended the Pari PRONEB MAX and I am very pleased. It seems to be more powerful and takes me less time to get through all my medications. Good luck.

If you mean the compressor broke then here's another option. Fairly quiet (60 decibels) and reliable.
Ombra

Available from many places including

I wonder if you can just buy the compressor without the rest for less? I like the Ombra compressor but prefer the Pari cups.

Hi, Irene8, Yes you can purchase the Ombra (almost) by itself and it's about $30 less expensive. FYI I routinely use Pari Sprint LC cups with the Ombra. I find that they are a bit faster than than the Aeroeclipse cups; they might lose a little bit more saline but not significant as I am able to get decent clearance after using. What Pari cups do you use?

Thanks for that link Scoop. Very helpful. My Ombra compressor seems to work fine but has become very noisy with a vibrating sound. I use the sprint cups. I cannot remember why but I did not like the LC Plus as much. Have you compared the cups and what was your experience? I find that the two compressors from Pari are either too strong/fast (ProNeb Max) or too weak (Vios) and the Ombra seems just right or between the two.

I've simply observed that the Sprint LC is faster than the aeroclipse. This is the one I use.
