Mine haven’t been marked sterile and I clean them with hot soapy water then use baby bottle microwave bags to disinfect them. I clean after use the same way, though I only use the bags a couple times/week. Note: I don’t have an active infection and only neb 1x daily. If I had infection, I’d step up my cleaning Ithink.
