Constant Nasal Pain/Neuralgia

I’m desperately seeking help for persistent nasal bridge pain and stiffness 3 years after septorhinoplasty. I experience constant throbbing/aching over the nasal bones, tingling along the sides of the nose and tip, and significant stiffness that affects normal movement and facial expression. Imaging has been normal. A lidocaine injection into the bridge provided partial relief. A prior trigeminal nerve block worsened symptoms.

I’m looking for providers experienced in post-rhinoplasty pain, scar-related mechanical stiffness, or peripheral nerve sensitization of the nose (external nasal/anterior ethmoidal involvement). If anyone has expertise in this area or recommendations, I would deeply appreciate it. I am unable to work because of this.
