Narcolepsy and Dysautonomia
People who have been diagnosed with Narcolepsy, do you also have an autonomic disorder like POTS?
I have Narcolepsy type 2, which isn't as well understood as type 1. I also have POTS. I would like to know how common it is to have both.

I don't believe I have POTS, but had some stange issues with breathing. I too have type 2. Best of luck to you. It has upended my life big time. Stimulants aren't doing much, so I'm going through the process to try Xywav.
Not a real good answer for you, but I will take the opportunity to ask you something. How long and how often are your daytime naps? I have never had a type 1 style sleep attack, but my naps are even much longer then I have read about with type 2 - minimum 1 hour, as long as 2+, and 2 to three times a day.
