My UTI’s PCR test show 10 million/ml of enterrococcus faecalis. so is that high number possible or in error since the test results were delayed for 10 days due to bad weather and delivery problems?

Once my UTI’s PCR test showed 10 million/ml (10 to he 7th) of Enterrococcus faecalis, does this amount seem very high? The UTI does not seem to bother me as I regularly take silver hydrofoil, green tea, garlic, probiotics, cloves, so I was surprised o learn of E. faecalis' large amount. Is that large amount ( 10 million) of E. faecalis dangerous? What’s the best way to eliminate E. faecalis...Ampicillin? Thanks for your info.
