My left testicle is 3x the size of the other
I had varicocele surgery done on the same testicle(around 3 years ago), I think it always was 3 times the size of the other, or i dont really know, please tell me it can be normal and I dont have some kind of cancer!! (I will get it checked out in 2 weeks so no need to tell me that, but I want reassurance)

i've heard of this before. no idea what it could be though. left or right? mine is not like that. but every so often my left testicle will hurt for about 24 hours. kinda like someone squeezing it. i'll have to talk to my Urologist about it though. but i'll keep you in my thoughts. good luck, d
@kamo123, I'm glad you will be seeing your doctor. I know you're worried and it needs to be checked out. It's so easy to leap to the worse care scenario and think it might be cancer. You might find the experiences and information shared in this related discussion helpful:
