muscle biopsy doesn’t match blood work anyone else ?

so i’ve had 3 myositis panels done and all of them were triple the normal range for MI-2. i got a muscle biopsy done about 2 weeks ago and the result was type 2 muscle fiber atrophy. my rheumatologist had no answers and did not diagnose me with myositis and thinks it’s more neuro related i see my neurologist tomorrow. i am so confused!! wondering is anyone had those results for their muscle biopsy and what you were diagnosed with? i would appreciate some advice!
