Multiple Nodules in Thyroid and Lung

Anyone having this happen to you? I've had Mixed Connective Tissue Disease for over 25 years, but I don't think it is causal. I am in late 60s. Thyroid biopsy benign. One in lung is slow growing, will be followed. Also one lymph node to be biopsied. Unnerving, but no real symptoms. Found on a CT
