MUCUS RELIEF WITH HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

I have a cold / hay fever lots of nasal drip mucus but i have been advised against taking sudafed as i have high blood pressure although its well controlled with medicine

what else can i try

Hi,
I'm sorry you have a cold and hay fever. I have high blood pressure that's controlled also. I use Ibuprofen 1/2 tablet of a 200 mg. tablet. It helps with mucus and doesn't affect my blood pressure. I also put Mentholatum in my nose when I go to bed. That helps me breathe through the night.
