Monaghan customer support

I have an Ombra compressor set with XL neb cups. I bought it online in May. I have been using it twice a day since I got it. I clean, descale, and sterilize according to instructions. Recently the compressor has started being really loud when it starts up. When I called Medicale Shop where I purchased it, they said it was only under a 3 month warranty.

I called Monaghan customer service today, and they were wonderful. They said the warranty is for 18 months but Medicale Shop is not an authorized dealer. They are sending me a replacement and also paying for me to send the noisy unit back. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up on where you buy your equipment. Sometimes the lowest price is not the Best Buy. A big thank you to Monaghan.

And for the reminder that cheaper can bite us. It was nice of Monaghan to honor their warranty. Sometimes, these secondary sellers (end e-Bay) are offering stuff they pick up at garage sales, bin sales and closeout brokers. Then they pass them off as new if they still have packaging.
