I get the following message on my iPad everyday for the past week...400 bad request. Request header or cookie too large. Can anyone help? I most definitely prefer my iPad because I can access everything via Face ID vs putting in all the info, codes etc. thx so much! Who knows when or if I'll get an answer as I rarely use my phone and I'm so sorry to a particular person that our conversation was so abruptly gone.

@migizii, I think clearing your Safari web browser history and website data may fix the problem.
-- On your iPad select Settings
-- Scroll down and find and select Safari
-- Scroll down until you find "Clear History and Website Data" and select it

Then try your iPad with Connect and let us know if you still have a problem. It may ask you to sign into Connect again with your username and password so you might want to have that handy.

@migizii….thx so much for the idea! Today is the first time I have been able to access connect on my iPad. I was concerned about clearing my history, so I tried 2 days worth and today I am back. I hope it holds. What are the repercussions if I clear all my history?
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you for all your help💕💕💕

Clearing the history is no big deal. You might have to sign back into any sites that you had been logged into.
