Waiting for results of possible metastatic nodules: Second miracle

I have possible metastatic nodules. I haven’t gotten the results yet. Has anyone had this diagnosis and how did you handle it. I did a lot of reading and it seems there are many ways to go with good results. Any information would be much appreciated.
