Metabolic encephalopathy toxic anyone have experience with this

Anyone familiar with this diagnosis.i ended up in a coma and a long hospital stay.i was disabled and my whole life has gone to pot.lost my wife ,kids, home, job, drivers license ,automobile , memory and on and on.i feel as though I was discharged with little or no info about my disease.anyone know much about this
