Meniere’s Disease and swimming

I was diagnosed with Ménière’s disease several years ago. I have been doing well by taking a diuretic and decreasing caffeine. I also don’t drink alcohol. I have begun wearing hearing aids. I would like to start swimming in an indoor pool for exercise, but am concerned that the water in my ears or nose will precipitate an attack. Does anyone in the group with Meniere’s swim? If so will you comment on your experience? Thank you in advance.
