Medication ceasing to work

I had a supra pubic catheter inserted last September and was put on Vesicare and Betmiga by the urologist. All was good until a few weeks ago when both medications ceased to work and I was back to having to pee every two hours - if not less - and also having bladder contractions caused by the catheter. Has anybody out there experienced similar occurrences?
