Medial Prostate Dominance Experiences & TULSA

67 and latest biopsy showed 11/14 cores with cancer cells. 5 of 14 cores with 3+4, 6 of 14 cores 3+3. The 3+4 cells are found in the medial regions (right medial base, left medial apex) as well as both sides (lateral, base, apex). Decipher is 0.48. It hasn't mestacized but MRI showed two perineural invasions on left side apex and back/posterior.
For the men who has something similar (i.e. mid glands affected - where the ejaculatory ducts are) and who opted to do TULSA, what were your outcomes with ED and Bladder control?
