MDS with Leukocytosis Anemia and thrombocytopenia

I am 83 year old and have low RBC (3.06) and low platelets (18) I have MDS with Leukocytosis Anemia and thrombocytopenia and taking Reblozyl and Azacitadine shots. My HGB ranges from 7.4 to 9.2 Wondering if anyone else taking those shots. I have go to the hospital for a blood transfusion at least every 7 weeks. I have no energy.
