Mayo Clinic put in 3 Stents, and grinding hard area?

Mayo Clinic did a Catheter through my wrist Heart Exam. The Doctor found all 3 Vessels Blocked and put in 3 Stents.. There was another area Hard with Plaque and he grinned it out!
I am 80 years old and wonder now how will this affect my life and does this limit how much longer do I live?
I already eat an Organic Plant Based Diet, no Alcohol or Smoking. I will increase my Exercise Activity. My whole family is from Sicily and both sides all died of Heart Disease. And NONE of them lived to be 80 years old- so I guess I can consider myself lucky?
What else should I be doing to live longer?

Have a glass of wine if that’s your choice and plant based diet at a late age is likely to cause you more issues with getting the right nutrition and nutrients and you have be constantly eating during the day to make sure your getting the right amount of protein and vitamins and minerals But it’s an individual choice that for sure and if your happy that’s all that counts Best of health

And no smoking that’s your most important job going forward, if indeed you were a smoker
