I have so many symptoms and still no diagnosis. I have been suffering for about 6yrs now. It started with losing my vision, everything was shiny and I could not see and then my BP skyrocketed along with my pulse up to 223bpm. Here's a list of symptoms I still frequently have.
-SVT -DIZZINESS -LIGHTHEADED -RINGING IN EARS
-WEAKNESS -FATIGUE -PVC'S -PAC'S -MIGRAINE WITH AURA AND STROKE-LIKE SYMPTOMS WITH THEM
-RANDOM PAIN -BENIGN THYROID NODULES
-BLURRY VISION
-RANDOM ALLERGIES TO FOODS THAT I NORMALLY EAT
-PANIC ATTACKS SOMETIMES FOR NO REASON
-WAKING UP WITH SVT AT NIGHT
-STAND UP TO WALK AND MY HEAD/EARS FEEL FULL AND MY HEARING GETS MUFFLED

Who are you going to with your symptoms? Are you going to a major medical facility? Have you had COVID?
Looks like you could benefit from a thorough medical exam.

When you say Panic Attacks sometimes with no reasons have you been diagnosed with Anxiety/Panic disorder? If so what treatment, medications? If not have you inquired for referral to psychiatric division?

Some of your symptoms are like the ones I had with Anxiety/Panic disorder. That medical condition can be caused by severe stress and worry which sounds like you are under. But I am not a medical professionals only can pass on my experience with this. I have PTSD with anxiety/panic disorder. I like you have PVCs and PACs which cause me a lot of stress and anxiety. With counseling and medications my symptoms are now minor where they were severe.

When you cite PVCs, PACs, and stroke like symptoms you need to see a good PCP who can do an exam and then referr you to specialist. Make sure you tell your PCP and/or specialist all your symptoms.
Good luck

A lot of this sounds like miagraines. It took me a year after getting my BAV replaced with a mechanical valve to find out the vision loss I was suffering from was miagraines. I did not have headaches with it but I had trouble walking and talking. You need to see a neurologist.
