Mammogram with Linq loop recorder

Concerned about having a mammogram since a have a Linq loop recorder in my extremely tiny breast. The Linq goes all the way to my nipple. Concerned not only that the mammogram will be more painful, but that it will cause the Linq to migrate and that it will cause tissue or vascular trauma.

I also have very small breasts, and had a mammogram when I had a linq recording implanted. I warned the technician and she was very careful with me. It did not seem to make the mammogram any more uncomfortable than it already is. Good luck. I strongly suggest you inform the tech person so she knows.

Thank you for your encouraging response. I had the mammogram done yesterday and it turned out a lot better than I anticipated with no more discomfort than usual. I told the technician about the Linq beforehand and I believe that definitely helped.

Has anyone had an ablation and never, after many years, had another afib episode? In other words, do the episodes always reoccur?

Mine didn't hurt anymore than before. I am post menopausal and average size. If you can take ibuprofen, take one an hour before.
