MAC and post nasal drip

On watchful wait since last CT scan showed some improvement and I have no real symptoms. The last few days, some post nasal drip but no cold. Should I worry?

Is it clear or light yellow, esp in morning.? If it's gross green or dark yellow, and you're having fevers or develop persistent cough, I'd watch more closely and check with PMD.
If it gets more persistent, there are normal saline prefilled nasal spray bottles at pharmacies of grocery stores you can flush with temporarily. Good luck. Hopefully, it's just a temporary irritant your body is getting rid of.
