Lupron: Anyone have muscle weakness and severe leg pain?
I have PC and have been on Lupron injections every 3 months for 15 months. I am experiencing severe leg pain in hamstrings and glutes. Has anyone else experienced this or tried monthly shots?
This has been getting worse for the last 3-4 weeks. I’m afraid I’ll be in a wheelchair or have to stop this form of testosterone elimination therapy.

I also have PC and have been on Lupron injections every 3 months for 15 months and have stiff legs and hips for about 3 months. I was doing OK until about almost 3 months ago. I then started feeling tired and started losing weight.

My legs and arm muscles began to painfully burn about 6 months after stopping Lupron. I also had severe headaches, brain fog, sweats, and enlargement of my heart. The muscle and head pains began to subside after 6 more months. My head hurt so bad that it was painful to even touch my skull. I am 83 years old and was stage 3 diagnosed in March 2025.
