Hi bronchiectasaurus, I’ve been trying to open the link I had myself and have not been able to open it again. It’s strange. I had saved it to my notes and it’s requiring my email address but it still won’t open. I’ll keep trying.

@lindabreathless and @bronchiectasaurus, I see that the link is to an edition of the Mayo Clinic Health Letter, which is a subscription-based monthly publication. Subscribers to the Health Letter will be able to open the link and all the archives.
