Lower right back pain when sleeping on left side

Lower “right back pain “ when sleeping on left side. Also same pain
Intensifises when I twist my body to stand up from my lying position
On the bed.
This pain on my lower right back has been an ongoing problem
I visited my family doctor who that it was perhaps a muscular problem.
I supplied a urine sample and the results were negative to my doctor.

I also visited a chiropractor who examined me to find that I have a weakness in my right side. He treated me with laser and supplied
Me with a waist support which helps during the daytime but said
I should not sleep with it on.
Has anyone any further medical advise that might help me.
