I use lots of salt and moderate water. Anyone knows why? Please comment.

I also have low sodium and thankful only hospitalized once for this. Mine usually run around 130-132.
I add electrolytes daily and that keeps me in check. I drink at least 2 a day, on really hot days I drink 3. I like Propel or Nuun tablets. There are many options but you need to see which ones you like and will drink.
I agree with above, we must accept and enjoy life while we watch what we drink!

In the summer I add electrolytes liquid. I recently discovered via Amazon:
BODYARMOR LYTE, Dragonfruit flavor. Last year listed $12.00 a case; today they’re $16.00 a case 👎🏼
More research needed to find a better price before 90°+ temps kick in. Thanks to all who share this fairly rare disease. Whenever I tell others I have SIADH, all they
hear is ADH- ‘hyperactivity.’ Nope 👎🏼 totally wrong. It helps to know others share this lifestyle. Thank you all🤗
