low diaphragmatic excursion after bilateral PE

Posted by rbosco10 @rbosco10, 2 days ago

I became extremely short of breath after bilateral PE and I am sure both halves of diaphagm are compromised probably due to bilatreral phrenic nerve damage. I am at my wits end. None of my doctors will look into it, they keep saying it's anxiety and throw benzos at me mostly. I have gotten an O2 concentrator out of pocket expense and use it a little but it is limited. Just like everyone else, I need to breathe! it's been almost a year. All I can do now is hope it heals.
