Lost voice, laryngitis

With inhaled levalbuterol 2 puffs, 7% sodium chloride, breathing through aerobika, 2 times 4ml nebulized cromolyn sodium, and nebulized Yupelri once a day 3ml I slowly but almost completely lost my
Voice over the last month. Who had that and how you managed this with the necessity to clear my lungs. Am I doing it too long so my vocal cords are so irritated. I asked my pulmo and ID, have seen the nose and throat specialist and no one has any advice. That’s why I am addressing it here. They just say don’t talk but it is not enough. Thank you.
