Anyone have Losartan and Folfirinox to shrink PC tumors?
Anybody out there have any experience or knowledge regarding the addition of the blood pressure drug Losartin to standard Folfirinox chemotherapy. There is some thinking that the Losartin somehow enables the chemo drugs to better penetrate and kill tumor cells.

I'm going to mention that to my oncologist
Yes, I am familiar with a patient who was borderline unresectable and had Losartan added to Folfirinox. It shrank the tumor away from the vasculature so that he was able to have the Whipple. It can’t be used on patients with hypotension. Another repurposed hypertensive drug is Bosentan that is effective as well.
