Loop recorder heart related question sinus pauses/block
Hello so back in September I passed out and was out for several mins I had many test done one being a zio patch they found 1 3.4 second sinus pause...a sinus 2nd degree AV block...and my pulse got as low as 40 bpm and as high as 197 bpm....I'm on BP meds since I was 19 years old....on Jan 20th of this year I had a loop recorder placed I haven't heard anything back about if anything has been caught on my recorder...all the things I stated below were found in 14 days...I find it strange I haven't received any calls letting me know how things are going? I'm very anxious about everything that's been going on with my health I'm 30 year old female almost 31 any help or advice is appreciated

Did they think the pause was significant or long enough to cause fainting ?
Yes thats what they are thinking caused the fainting of course I was not wearing a monitor when I passed out...I'm having such anxiety about it all...thanks for replying!
Hello @trishnlily, Welcome to Connect. I think it might be worth giving your doctor a call even if just to ease your mind a little. From what I've read it's one of those things that they just monitor and only call if they see a problem. Here's some information from Mayo Clinic that explains it a little better. "Your doctor will interpret the results of your test and call if he or she has any concerns. You'll likely need to see your doctor once or twice a year for routine checkups while the device is in place."
