Looking for recommendations to relieve neuropathy foot pain

I’m 56 and have been trying to deal with neuropathy pain in my feet and nothing seems to work. Done PT, injections, special orthotics and nothing seems to help. Can anyone give me suggestions on what to use

I posted a long answer on "Foot neuropathy: What gives you relief?" and was going to repost it here but the forum will not allow me to do that, so if you're interested, you could go and read it. I did a series of 20 IV ALA infusions over the course of 6 weeks and 75% of the painful neuropathy in my feet is gone. It's out of pocket pay, but was worth it to me. Hope you find relief!
