Looking for recommendations to relieve neuropathy foot pain
I’m 56 and have been trying to deal with neuropathy pain in my feet and nothing seems to work. Done PT, injections, special orthotics and nothing seems to help. Can anyone give me suggestions on what to use

Hmmm.....that's a new one for me. I remember my mom rubbing it on my chest when I had a stuffy nose.
@pesharko I bought my gummies from a site called Charlotte's Web. The one I take at bedtime is called Focus. It has 25 mg CBD and 5 mg THC .
@heisenberg34, @jmtr2017, and all... I am finding the same thing and getting relief in several areas from CBD.
I do have a medical marijuana card from Florida which I don't use anymore, as I find the CBD/CBG gummies and capsules I get online from Swanson Health Products - a well known and accepted vitamin/mineral supplement company, and at Charlotte's Web or Winged Wellness are dependable and trustworthy, as far as I can research.
Swanson's is where I get most of my vitamin and mineral supplements now. They have such a good reputation and history in the field, and good prices and sales, I feel comfortable and find their products work quite well. I get my full spectrum CBD capsules from Swanson. I take 25 mg - full spectrum is very important - daily now as I'm having a severe PMR flare that's causing a lot of muscle and body pain, movement issues, spasms, etc. The last several days with increased pain, and added emotional challenges, I took the 50 mg capsules that otherwise are too strong for me. The increase is perfect and surprisingly helps greatly. I am thrilled!
These capsules help me with overall pain reduction, relaxation of muscles and tension relief. They help me walk, move and lift my feet/legs, help keep my muscles from freezing... I do not use THC at all. It is not a good supplement for me with my medications and my system as it is. I want nothing to interfere with my brain clarity, and find THC tends to do that with me. CBD on the other hand does not.
For a slight, soft sleep aid, which is the only thing I will take for sleep help as I use a Bi-pap with O2 nightly for severe sleep apnea and take other medications with which I don't want to interfere - blood pressure, etc, I take 2 gummies with no CBD, only natural herbal ingredients - passion flower, L - Theanine, Melatonin, lemon balm and a few others. This gummie is perfect for my needs. It works well with my medications, helps these muscles and brain settle down a bit to get some good rest... With no side effects for me of any kind.
I just found when the pain with PMR was so bad I was searching for anything to help, I had on hand some CBD/CBG body oil in a drawer. I tried it knowing just the oil itself would feel good on my skin. I was totally shocked at the result! The pain from the PMR muscle flare, the tension and tightness in the muscles, and my arthritis pain/bone pain were all improved. Within about 20-30 minutes I noticed no aches, no pains, I moved better and more easily, with no movement pain. And, my skin loved it! I was amazed. Still am. Amazing.
I now use this oil on my legs and feet for neuropathy issues, and vasculitis which is creating problems with possible artery blockage in my legs to my feet. My legs and feet are not aching or tingling as before. The skin is healthier and the dark gray colors are lessened. Wow! Due to the arthritis pain in my hands and arms, I use the oil on them as well... less pain, easier movement, I can type and write. The Beauty Splotches as I call them, and cuts/tears on my arms, from vasculitis and blood thinner, heal faster now and the discoloration heals faster.
It is important to do our own research and check to be sure there are no contraindications with our medications when considering any CBD, THC products. Very important.
I suppose, all this is to say keep researching. Be your own advocate and be a darn good one. I have no one else to do that for me, so I became a pretty good researcher and am getting good knowledge about my health and body. That's a good thing!
I have increasing challenges, as do we all, as our ages rise, but usually I can focus on accepting these crazy changes, accepting. learning, researching and moving forward to thankfully awake to a new day.
Blessings as you do the same! Elizabeth
I must remind you all of Low Dose Naltrexone. I’ve been taking it for five years. It relieves pain but does nothing for numbness or stiffness.

Lazerus Naturals is a great company to buy from. They give a big discount to lower income and veterans.
