Looking for doctor recommendation in NJ or Philadelphia

Does anyone know of a doctor in New Jersey or the Philadelphia area who would order the CTX and P1NP bone marker tests? My doctor is unwilling to order them for me and I'd like to be able to monitor how I am responding to the treatment I started last month. I can see another doctor, but not sure how to find someone open to ordering these tests.

Why do you need an endocrinologist to "let" you do that? Taking meds is *your* decision. Even your PCP can order a DEXA scan if needed.

I used the wrong words. PCP said she wouldn't recommend an endocrinologist, because she said all they would do is push medicine. I just need a second opinion because I have spinal stenosis and the pain is so bad I have to take injections every 4 months. I know that that's probably not great for osteoporosis.
