I am 46 years old and prior to this I would say I was petty healthy. About 4 months ago I went to bed feeling fine only to wake in the middle of the night with burning pain in the middle of my chest. I initially thought I must have ate something that is causing heartburn. This is not something that I typically deal with but took some tums and tried to go back to sleep. When I got up in the morning the pain continued. I was also feeling sweaty and heart palpitation's. In these past 4 months I have dealt with many symptoms; shortness of breath, dizziness, heart palpitations, burning in my arms, back and neck pain. I have had a variety of test; CT scan, chest X-ray, echocardiogram, stress test, angiogram, nuclear scan, mammogram, ultrasound of breast and lymph nodes, blood work for hormone levels, check thyroid . Everything comes back normal but my burning pain in my chest never goes away.
Any help would be appreciated.

Ok.. I ask because I had the same symptoms 2020 through 2021 before I had to figure out what was wrong with me (thank goodness I’ve been a RN for twenty years but…) I had a (sorta) rare congenital heart condition. Ended up having open heart surgery x two … it was a mess. Not trying to scare you, my point is, DONT stop!! Advocate for yourself nonstop. If you’re not getting a so, keep going to different doctors. Believe me, I understand it’s a pain but it’s worth it in the end. Best of luck.
