Long Covid has ruined my life and marriage

Posted by kiddo14 @kiddo14, Nov 16, 2025

I have been battling the horrible effects from The Covid vaccine for three years now. It has totally ruined my life and my marriage. Being told that you are a mental case and are unable to do anything correct is some of the worst things people can say to you. The one person whom you thought was suppose to be there for you really has deserted you. The best thing to do is leave a toxic and mentally abusive relationship so you can start to try to heal. Is anyone else going thru this or am I the only one?

@celia16 I believe it’s from the vaccine. After the booster I started having all the issues. It’s vaccine injury

@kiddo14 --- Maybe it's the vaccine, maybe not. But I was experiencing 'Long Covid" BEFORE the vaccine was available.

@richielee-- perhaps reporting her symptoms is something to do, but presently, I feel she wants to deal with the toxic marriage. (Getting involved with an official complaint can rob her of needed personal time/energy/clarity)

@bearbayou On second thought, I totally agree with you. She can "invite" her spouse to one session to discuss what is troubling her: specifically how the comments make her feel, adding what it is she needs from her spouse might be one approach to her situation.
