Anyone with Long Covid or autoimmune disease had a root canal?

I was just curious if anyone suffering from an autoimmune disease here has ever had a root canal done?

My autoimmune problems kicked in following a severe root canal infection from an ineffective antibiotic.

Yes I have had two root canals since getting long covid and recently being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. Do you think it affects the teeth or that the teeth have something to do with it? I lost my taste and sometimes I have a metal taste or a terrible taste but not showing an infection. I’m curious why you asked
