Living with Neuropathy - Welcome to the group
Welcome to the Neuropathy group.
This is a welcoming, safe place where you can meet other people who are dealing with neuropathy. Let’s learn from each other and share stories about living well with neuropathy, coping with the challenges and offering tips.
I’m Colleen, and I’m the moderator of this group, and Community Director of Connect. Chances are you’ll to be greeted by volunteer patient Mentor John (@johnbishop) and fellow members when you post to this group. Learn more about Moderators and Mentors on Connect.
We look forward to welcoming you and introducing you to other members. Feel free to browse the topics or start a new one.
Let’s chat. Why not start by introducing yourself? What concerns would you like to talk about?

@jsfreeley I also have idiopathic neuropathy and since breaking my femur it has moved up my leg into my thigh and now maybe my hands. I would also like to know what makes it spread. I have no pain but numbness , tingling and vibrations. My walking and falling has also gotten worse. I don’t have diabetes.

1 Reaction@cindyschubert1 Are there any answers, any new cures? It’s bigger and Han I thought - my daughter had chemo, radiation for breast Cancer & now told she’s cancer free, but, is having neuropathy in her feet & legs. It’s so upsetting, she’s been through so much already. Wish there was a way of reaching out to these pharmaceutical companies for more attention towards a cure or even relief.

1 Reaction@jsfreeley @cindyschubert1 - Probably the best thing you can do when you have neuropathy is to learn as much as you can about the condition and possible treatments that might provide some relief. Here are a couple of Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy webinars that you might find helpful.
