Just a reminder to be ready to start to Lighten Your Limbs tomorrow, Friday, November 2, 2018. I am looking forward to beginning. To have a clean slate and be able to start new and fresh is always a blessing. Remember that this first week—from Nov. 2 through Nov. 8 is Week 1. Do what is comfortable and gradually work into what is right for you.
Mayo says 5 minutes of warm-up walking at a slow pace. Then walk faster for 5 minutes. Then cool-down for 5 minutes with walking a slow pace again. That's 15 total minutes. Also, we'll do five days a week and take two days off, if you want to. Or you can do more days.
It's said that it takes two weeks to establish a habit, so let's get through the first two weeks and have our habit established. I am ready to start feeling healthier and stronger. I hope those of you who are doing this program with me will be walking some time tomorrow.
