Light Chain MGUS Progression

Has anyone else been diagnosed with Lambda LCMGUS? My FLC was 54 at diagnosis now 59 ratio is 02. How long since your diagnosis and are your numbers progressing. i often read that Lambda has worse outlook than Kappa and that Light Chain more aggressive and harder to treat.
