1 ReactionI was rxd many years ago. I went to my doctor 6 times in a year for bronchitis. It was one of the lesser known side effects but we’re all different and I got it.
Interesting. I have lung damage so may not be able to take it.
I want to start to take .5 mg Lexapro(Escitalopram) for 7 days and then .10mg after that for Anxioty.
Has anyone have side affects from the medication.
I have Anxioty now for 6 months. They called it long covid anxiety.

2 ReactionsI will say......you will never have an orgasm on Lexapro. Blunt but true.
I started taking 5 mg of Lexapro about 1 month ago. I had no issues during the 3 weeks of use. I decided to start taking 10 mg at that point and I really felt the effects. I had a headache and stomach issues. I went back to the 5 mg and am doing quite well.

Are you taking it for anxiety? If it’s for anxiety did your anxiety act up and did you feel dizzy. When you first started to take it.
I tried other medicines and my anxiety was worst.
After my daughter died at age 26 from cancer in 2004, I was put on many different antidepressants...tried this one, didn't work, tried that one, didn't work. Lexapro is the only one that keeps me from crying every day. I have had no side effects at all from Lexapro(Escitalopram). Take care
