Did you lose leg hair and arm hair during treatment?
Probably the most insignificant question out here, but has anyone else lost leg and arm hair? I've had surgery, Lupron and radiation. The hair on my head remains but grows much more slowly than before. But the hair on my legs has essentially disappeared and there's very little left on my arms. Maybe it's age (68) and it likely means nothing at all but it's curious. Thank goodness the beard I grew in college in 1978 remains as full as ever.
We now return you to your regularly scheduled programming.

The only hair on my body is pubic hair and on my head. Even the Hair on my face grows very slowly.
One of the things that happens when you have no testosterone.

2 ReactionsI'm learning a lot this week after almost two years. My testosterone is off the charts low, which means I have no energy and almost no body hair.
This is a good group for me. Many thanks.

2 Reactions@kenporter #metoo 44 IMRT treatments and 18 months on Orgovyx, ending 3 weeks ago. Age 74. Another leftover is radiation proctitis; today is #14 treatment of 30 of hyperbaric oxygen therapy to encourage healing of rectal bleeding and bowel urgency/frequency. Hang in there!

1 ReactionMy body hair is starting to disappear too. I'm 65, and on 18 months ADT, 28 radiation treatments. Done with radiation, half way (9 months) into ADT. I showed my wife yesterday some of the "bald spots" appearing and she said it was age. I said no...this is related to the ADT and/or radiation. I also now have to shave my facial hair/beard every 10-12 days or so - and that used to be every 6-7 days - so that's slowed down. I think the ADT treatment plays havoc on the body.

2 ReactionsYes, lost it all except for the hair on my head. Didn't have to shave. I don't understand why some guys on ADT keep their beards and facial hair while others don't.
