Left side elevated diaghram & blood work

I had TKR in 2019 & had elevated left side diaghram? Since then my hemoglobin, RBC & hemocrit all have been high. Anyone else have this blood issue? I do get dizzy when hot. Blood pressure 140/98

I have paralyzed left diaphragm which stomach is pushing upward. Recent blood work showed hemoglobin at 13.5 which could be a little higher. All other things were normal.
