Least expensive supplement for Osteoporosis?

Diagnosed with osteoporosis in hip, prescribed Fosamax. Do not want to take it, my mom got worse taking it and had jaw pain, upset stomach and other adverse effects. Would like a natural supplement. Please any help appreciated. Thank you

@maryandnans The Strength Class really focuses on weight training and proper technique. I bought a set of weights to use at home and I really appreciate the instructor focusing on the proper technique. I am determined!

@vivi75 that is how I started too. Now I hired a personal trainer and go to the gym 3 days a week.
