LAFB (Left anterior fascicular block) = No Big Deal?

Is a LAFB (Left Anterior Fascicular Block) No Big Deal? A cardiologist told me it was caused by getting older. He did not offer any treatment (procedure or medication) to address it. Any thoughts?
